What should I expect when I visit FCC?
At
Franklin Covenant Church (FCC) on Sunday morning . . . you will not be singled out, or asked to
stand...we want you to be
comfortable and free to experience the
great music,
encouraging messages, friendly people,
and enjoyable, casual atmosphere that
are a part of FCC. We know that
your first time at church, any church,
brings up some questions like
How
do I get there?,
What
is there for my family?
Celebration

At FCC we have two services that we call
Celebrations.
Each Celebration begins with a time of
fellowship, that is, connecting with our
FCC family and meeting new people.
Continental breakfast is served at this
time.
-
Fellowship I begins at 8:15 a.m.
and Celebration I begins at 8:30 a.m.
Acoustic guitar and piano musicians
deliver tranquil worship music, there is an encouraging message, and continental
breakfast!
-
STIR
At 9:40 a.m. STIR (adult Bible study)
begins.
STIR stands for Scriptural Training
in Righteousness. STIR is an hour long.
There is a class available in Spanish.
-
Fellowship II begins at 10:30
a.m. and
Celebration II at 11 a.m.with exuberant praise and worship music by a
live ensemble of musicians and singers.
There is an encouraging, relevant message. Celebration II
lasts about an hour and a half.
During Celebration II a
nursery is
available for children birth - 5 years,
and Children's Bible Study begins
immediately following Praise and Worship
for children 6 - 11 years.
On the second Sunday of the month we
share a meal together, we call it
"Covered Dish". Everyone
brings their favorite dish and we have
lunch together after Celebration II.
It is a great time to get to know each
other and enjoy the company of new
friends and family.
